The high ranges of Munnar will enchant your being, with vast green expanses of tea gardens and evergreen mountains. Lose yourself among the cloud touching mountains, mist filled lakes and wonderful little streams which fill Munnar. Return to the wild at Periyar Tiger reserve in Thekkady. Then gather yourself together to experience one of the most wonderful places in Kerala – The Backwaters of Vembanad at Allepey. Gather memories of a lifetime at the beautiful Kovalam beach. End your tour with a visit to the country’s richest temple – Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple at Trivandrum.
DAY 1 :
1. Pick up from Kochi Airport / Railway station and travel to Munnar, famous for its tea gardens and picturesque panorama.
2. After check-in, visit Lokhart Gap Road in the evening.
3. Rest of the day at leisure for personal activities.
Distance / Time : Kochi to Munnar – Approx 140 Km / 4 – 5 Hrs
DAY 2 :
1. Visit Eravikulam National Park (Note that the park will be closed from February to March)
2. Visit Mattupetty Dam where one can enjoy boating, horse riding on the reservoir while enjoying the breath-taking scenery.
3. Visit Echo point and Top Station.
DAY 3 :
1. After and early breakfast, start for Allepey.
2. Check-in at the houseboat and enjoy the jouney through the panoramic Vembanad backwaters which shall take you through Allepey, Kuttanad (The rice bowl of Kerala) & Kumarakom.
Distance / Time : Munnar to Thekkady– Approx 90 Km / 3 – 3.5 Hrs
DAY 4:
1. After and early breakfast, start for Allepey.
2. Check-in at the houseboat and enjoy the jouney through the panoramic Vembanad backwaters which shall take you through Allepey, Kuttanad (The rice bowl of Kerala) & Kumarakom.
Distance / Time : Tekkadyto Allepey – Approx 140 Km / 4 – 5 Hrs
DAY 5 :
1. After breakfast, on the houseboat transfer to resort at Kovalam beach.
2. Rest of the day at leisure and activities on the beach and the resort.
Distance / Time : Allepey to Kovalam – Approx 160 Km / 4 – 5 Hrs.
DAY 6 :
1. After breakfast, transfer to Kanyakumari.
2. Visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Thiruvalluvar statue.
3. Enjoy the sunset from the southernmost tip of the country.
Distance / Time : Kovalam to Kanyakumari – Approx 85 Km / 2 to 3 Hrs.
DAY 7 :
1. Enjoy the sunrise in Kanyakumari.
2. After breakfast start for Trivandrum, visit Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple and Puthenmalika Palace.
3. Rest of day free for shopping.
4. End of tour.

• Air conditioned vehicle for sightseeing and transfers between pick up point and drop point as per the above itinerary. (Please note that the vehicle is provided point to point and not for local use)
• Meal plan : Standard – CP (Breakfast) / Deluxe – MAP (Breakfast & Dinner).

• Any cost towards entry tickets / ride tickets at various tourist spots.
• Government tax as applicable.

• Munnar - Abad Copper Castle / High Range Club / Ambady Estate or Similar.
• Thekkady – Abad Green Forest / Ranger Woods Nature Castle or similar.
• Allepey – Houseboat.
• Kovalam – Soma Theeram Ayrvedic Resort / Travancore Heritage or similar.
• Kanyakumari – TTDC, Kanyakumari.
• Most resorts / hotels in Munnar shall not have Air conditioning owing to the cold climate in the place.
• The houseboat shall sail uptil 6:00 P.M in the evening and then anchor for the night as per government regulations. It shall set sail again 6:00 A.M next morning until 8:45 A.M.
• Air conditioning shall be available only in the bedrooms of the houseboat, from 9:30 P.M to 6:00 A.M.
